Huge technology event.

Here's something I found surfing around: DigitalLife is an upcoming tech and gaming event involving some of the biggest names in technology. Alienware, AMD, ATI, Best Buy, eBay, ESPN, Game Stop, Intel, Logitech, Maxim,
Microsoft, NVIDIA, XBox, and many more will be at the event and with this special code you can get in free. Tickets cost $15 normally, but if you go to this special ticketing page and type in this code: "INSIDER", you will be able to get free tickets. For more information on this awesome upcoming event just check out digitallife.com. The event is being held in New York City and you can go there from October 12-15. This offer can only be found on this and a few other select blogs so unless you feel like paying check out this. Once again, all you need to do is visit the ticketing page and type in "INSIDER". I got $10 to...

Promote Consumer Generated Advertising using a black magic marker and my stretched out stomach. So here ya go...

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

By the way, it's hard to write upside down.

The only way I can get a weekend off is to get hospitalized.

I talk a lot about working at McDonalds on The Epic Zone. Yeah, I hate working there about as much as anyone could hate working. I have to work every weekend of my life, but I found a way around it this time. While working on Friday morning I began to lose feeling in my hand, it appeared as if I was only imagining doing things because I couldn't feel. Than I had trouble reading and speaking. I felt like a retard not being able to say the word ingredients. After a while I really was afraid something bad was going on. So my manager made someone take me to the hospital. Turns out I had a severe migraine which I inherited from my mom. That's right, of all the things I could get from my mom I got a fucking headache problem. Thanks a lot mom. Oh well, I used this excuse to take off Saturday and do nothing at all. Sweet.

Get paid to sell other peoples stuff.

Imagine you ran your own T-shirt business. Now imagine that instead of going and managing all of the funds, dealing with suppliers, and hassling with employees you just made the money off of the shirts. Well that sounds pretty good doesn't it? That's exactly the idea behind affiliate marketing and the CPA Network and Modern Click.com. You can now make profits off of other companies products. To find out more about this great method to make money check out modernclick.com.

Much apoligies for the broken link.

I am sorry, the Game Zones main game page couldn't be accessed because of a broken link. The link is fixed now and you can go there for some more free internet games.

Contacts are really great.

I've been wearing contacts for about 3 years now and I have to say they are so much nicer than glasses. Although they might dry out and be a pain at times they are still better than glasses. They don't get lost as easy, they can't be felt unless you put them in wrong and they are just nicer looking. If you're thinking about getting contacts I would strongly reccommend that you do and check out this page on Contact Lenses before you decide.

I would like to give a thank you personally to...

I would like to personally thank our great sponsers. The sponsers help keep this site alive and some of the sponser funds that are extra are being donated to the American Red Cross. This year we hope to raise over $300 just from this web site alone. Our sponsers can be identified by the tiny white boxes at the bottom of their posts. Support these guys because they keep the site alive. Thanks.

Follow up on the VoIP.

A few days ago I talked about a new form of phone service called VoIP. Today I am going to link you to the Vonage site where you can go for more information. This page features reviews on the services as well as various articles of news. You can talk to other VoIP users on the forums and this is a great overall place to learn more about VoIP in case that first article wasn't enough to interest you.

Make $1000 easy.

On the site where I advertise on blogs there is an awesome offer. If you would like to tattoo payperpost.com on your body you can make $1000. The blog also contains news and information on PayPerPost.com, one of the best ways to make money. I know I talk about this service a good bit, but I never seriously thought I would be able to make this amount of money on the internet so easy. I made about $100 in two weeks and I haven't even done any work. It's some awesome spare change.

Shit Like a Horse.

There's a video posted called, "Shit Like a Horse" on Tourettes Guy. It's a pretty funny one and you should really check it out.

New design.

I recently posted a new design because this one provides very easy to read links and such. This is why I changed the site around. So tell me what you think about it and I'll perhaps keep or change based on what you say.

Document Security.

I've always been a really big security buff. I like to let all of my readers understand just what they can do to make their computers run better. Being a computer major I am asked all the time on ways to fix a computer. Most problems occur because of poor security and viruses. One thing that most businesses would need is great Document Security. This software called Pinion allows users to secure data files and restrict their usage among different recipients. If you are into sharing documents you should check out their free trial.

I need some names of popular cartoons.

I need to get some names of popular cartoon characters that can help with something I am working on. Thanks folks.

Amazon Coupons

Since Amazon is by far the greatest place there is to buy stuff online you may as well check out for some Amazon Coupon Codes on this site. You can save a lot of money over time with coupon codes and such. Just think of all the things you could use the extra money on. Perhaps you could send a donation my way? Anyway, enjoy the good deals folks.

Game Plug

Winter is coming soon and that means no more golf for a lot of people. Well, in the spare time you can play Mini Putt

Save even more money on phones.

During the course of this blog I've been talking more and more about great ways to save money in easy ways. Today I want to introduce you to VoIP, an easy way to save yourself some money on your monthly phone bill. VoIP uses an Internet protocol to send phone calls over the internet and is less expensive than a normal phone company. Instead of paying two bills: the phone and internet. You can just pay for the internet on a monthly basis and save money. In fact you can even use your computer to make VoIP phone calls so the advantages keep on piling up. If you would like to find out some more information on this type of phone calls just visit this page: http://www.tech-faq.com/voip.shtml and you will find out some more important information on this money saving idea.

My name is Eric Miner and I was born on August 11, 1998 in Frick Hospital in Mount Pleasant PA. In 1993 I started my first ever kindergarten class in Clifford N Pritts Elementary. I can still remember the layout of the room and the various posters and such on the wall. This class produced many of my friends that I am still around today. In my class there was only half a day until you went home. That changed the next year when I started first grade. Other than the change in time everything else was basically the same. I would learn all of the basic math and spelling needs and made some new friends from the other kindergarten classes. In school I was more academically gifted than athletically gifted. I didn’t play any sports as a child and I never really liked baseball that much so I didn’t bother playing any sports. I went on gradually from year to year and along the way I did finally pick up on the sport of golf. My grandfather is really a big golfer so his influence has basically made the entire family golf. My parents would take me as a smaller child and at first it was very hard for me to get on to. Since I’m left handed I had a hard time getting used to the right handed clubs that the pro shop had as rental clubs. It took some time, but I eventually got the hang of the right handed shooting and golf has really become one of the greatest pastimes in my life. I find it peaceful and relaxing so I go out whenever I get the chance to on a nice day. After I went into the Junior High school I began to develop an interest in computers. My dad was really into computers and has been since they have been nothing more than a black screen with a few lines on it. I was basically always around computers and I found a great interest in the capabilities they have. In Junior high I took many different electives that could help expand my knowledge of technology even more.

Another event that occurred in Junior high changed my life forever. I my eighth grade gym class I was placed with many ninth graders I did not know. The class required us to write our names on our gym shirts and considering I’m a messy writer mine was hard to read. One of the kids thought my name was Epic for some reason and ironically the name stuck and it was my nickname. It may sound strange, but if not for this mix up I really don’t think I would have some of the friends I do. Unfortunatly the guy who confused my name committed suicide two years later. I gained a lot of friends because of him and for that I will forever be grateful. In fact people still call me Epic to this day. Even the parents of my friends don’t know my actual name.
During high school came one of the most important times in a persons life, gaining your drivers lisense. I first started driving in a 1996 Chevy Beretta, it wasn’t much, but everyone loves their first car. It provided a huge sense of freedom and made me feel like I was more independent. After driving my Beretta through high school I decided it was time for a change and this summer I bought a 1998 Passat. I love my car so far and don’t plan on getting rid of it anytime soon.
By the time I had finished high school I had become an avid golfer who enjoyed working on computers for a living. In the summer of 2006 I was accepted at the university of Pittsburgh in Greensburg and can not wait to see what the future holds.

PPP beats AdSense by a mile for blogs.

Since I opened the Epic Zone in 2004 I have been using the popular google adsense program to make extra money off of my site. I put the adsense ads on the Game Zone and other sites I own just to make some spare money. In the year I have had this program I made a whooping $54.00. So when it came to running my blog I am glad I found payperpost.com because it's an easy way for me to make money. I have used the site for less than a month and I have over $80 on the way already. It's so much easier than AdSense so give it a look.

Anyone looking for a freelance writer?

I am flat out tired of my current job. It's crappy and it's ruining my entire life. Not only that, but I barely make enough to keep my college bills paid off. So if there's anyone in need of a free lance writer just give my a message. I'll be willing to write.

I would have to agree.

I took a look at a "Digg" on the site digg.com. Here's the link:
http://digg.com/tech_news/PayPerPost_The_Consumer_Generated_Advertising_Revolution_Has_Begun

The article is about a service I use called PayPerPost.com. I would have to agree with what the article says because I have tons of experience in these kinds of money making methods. I am one lazy person and I have found that PPP is one of the quickest ways to make money blogging or in any case make money period. If you own a decent blog and are willing to write reviews for companies in order to make money than by all means, give this site a shot.

Game Zone will be under construction.

The Game Zone will be featuring some new and exciting changes really soon. The current site will not be affected, but if there is a game you see somewhere that's not on the Game Zone just write the name of it in the comments section and I'll try to get it added in there.

I make tons of money just blogging.

You hear it all the time, get rich off of blogs with little or no effort at all. Well I didn't believe it until I clicked on an ad for PayPerPost.com. You can get money just for promoting others goods. I recommend the service to you and your friends. Speaking of friends, every time you refer someone to Pay Per Post you get $5 for just that. So check out this great service and if you do happen to sign up put down theepic@theepiczone.com as your referer. I am sure you will love this easy way to make money.

Game Plug

It's time for some more Zone Network plugging and this time I'm going to plug a game that I found really freaking awesome. It's a fighting game called Bloody Rage. Go check it out when you have spare time.

Never Buy Motorola. Buy Samsung.

I used to own, well I still do, but I hate my Motorola V60i. It's a piece of junk, I would recommend you get something else. For example I was looking through this list of Samsung mobile phones and they seem like they are pretty nice and within the price range of someone going to college. I have also never heard any complaints from anyone regarding the quality of their Samsung phone. With the Motorola I knew tons of people with the same phone that hated it as well. Anyway, the site contains pretty good list of phones so it shouldn't be too hard to find what you're looking for. Unless of course you are looking out for a $100 paper weight, in that case do a google search on Motorola.

I Bid my old phone goodbye.

So the other day I accidentally chucked (Ok,so it was on purpose) my phone across the room. It broke even though it was a light throw compared to usual. I am never getting another Motorola phone again when my contract expires and I suggest you do the same.

SEO, what's more important?

When I first opened the Epic Zone.com I had very few hits. Why? Well the main reason was I didn't use SEO. Now the Epic Zone has 50%+ hits come from search engines like Google and Yahoo. You need a company to help you with your search engine campaign. That's where SEO in Austin can help you out. They can get you better ratings in engines and it's worth the costs.

Article Plug

I would just like to use this post to plug one of my favorite articles of mine. 50 Ways to Say No to Sex and 50 ways to Get Around Them This is one of my favorite articles so check it out.

I want to buy myself a camcorder.

I have been thinking recently about buying a digital camcorder for videotaping many different things that I am wanting to videotape including a very cool promotional video of me and my amazing golf skills. What I need is for you to check out the huge selection of Digital Camcorders from PC World and tell me what you think the best choice would be. There's a huge selection, but you need to keep in mind I'm a college student that works in a crappy job. I was thinking of a Sony, but I am not totally sure yet. Either way, I haven't really found any better prices than this site so please don't give me other links. Thank you very much.

Make your own rant.

There's an article called You can make your own damned rant. You can post your own rants from the article here, but I prefer e-mail theepic@theepiczone.com with the subject "My Own Damned Rant"

Thank you.

The Epic Zone reaches to the Red Cross.

The Epic Zone will be now donating a portion of its ad revenues to the American Red Cross. The amounts that are being donated will be announced at the end of the month. During the course of a year we expect to raise well over $200 just by our ad revenue. If you would like to make your own personal donation through the Epic Zone just contact theepic@theepiczone.com for more details.

It's time for Fantasy Football.

Fantasy Football is one of the greatest ways on the internet to enjoy the sport of Football. This year the AFFL is giving away some pretty great prizes so for all of those who are into Fantasy Football, give this site a look and check out the cool stuff you can win. Fantasy Football click here.

Day of Memory

I would just like to take this piece of HTML to honor those who were lost, harmed, or affected by the tragic events of September 11, 2001. In the face of disaster hundreds of brave men and women became heroes on this day and will never be forgotten by the Epic Zone or the nation we live in. On this day we should recognize our obligation to protect ourselves in the name of freedom and to fight in order to stop the cowards that made this terrorist plot a reality. So to the men, women, firefighters, office workers, federal employees, and innocent people who lost their lives: We Will Never Forget. Thank you.

Speaking of Madden.

I recently signed up for a company called Pay Per Post that offers ads on blogs that can make a blogger some extra cash for things like buying Madden 2007, but never would I have guessed that the company was thought up by the Rib eating, camera pen crazy, jolly fat man John Madden. John made this site so he could sell some extra football games, one day while eating a full, sorry a second full, rack of ribs and writing on his tv with his fancy pen he said "BOOM" and came up with the idea of Pay Per Post. The company is registered under the name Ted Murphy, but I know for a fact it's John Madden behind that name. The only Murphy I know of is Charlie Murphy.

Madden is out

Although it's been a few weeks I haven't gotten the new Madden yet. I might tommorrow, but who knows? Either way I hear it's pretty kick ass so just post comments you have on the game itself.

No one touched my pepsi all day.

I forgot my Pepsi in one of my classes today and hours later it's still where I left it. Should I trust it and drink? I don't see why not, you'll hear from me tomorrow if I don't die. Either way, that's freaking awesome.

Plus in something close to being important news, I will be publishing yet another article really soon.

Something for those who play internet poker.

Poker is completely aweomse and now most online casinos offer some form of online poker. In fact, if my dad were to accumulate all of the time he spends playing online poker I think he would end up with enough time to build a house or two by himself. The only thing is, the poker places he plays suck so I came across this poker place that might be of some help in case you're into playing internet poker. Internet Poker can be found at pokersavvy.com. The site features information on playing poker as well as reviews on casinos so you don't get the shaft when you play online. This site also gets you some discounts on a few select casinos too. My dad will be playing a lot more now, that means I can goof off a lot more. Sweet.

Sitemaps are great.

Being the owner a multiple sites it's becoming harder and harder to get a new site exposure on the internet today. Considering that most visitors on the internet find their web sites by search engines it's important to have a good relationship with Google, the greatest search engine to be on if you're trying to get great results from SEO. Something I did that helps google search your site is to go to Google Sitemaps and add a sitemap to their database.

For more information go to google.com/sitemaps

I would reccomend Alternate URL if you have Google Ads.

I have google ads on my sites and I would highly reccomend using a service called Alternate URL. I have a lot of trouble with Google ads due to the content on some of my pages however Alternate URL shows ads when Google don't, this helps decrease your wasted ad space.

Click here to get an account on Alternate URL.
