Tech Tip #2: Never Sign up for online surveys.

Online surveys are perhaps the biggest crock there ever was on the internet. These guys will send you an e-mail saying "Fill this quick survey and get $100." Here's what they don't tell you, not everyone gets that $100. Usually that's just a grand prize that's offered to one lucky person who was willing to fill out 50,000 of these surveys until they were finally lucky enough to win. Signing up for this stuff just leads to two things: More junk mail and more spam e-mail. Either way it's all junk.
