*Inventors read*
So the time is now, you've been working on this project for years and now it all comes down to this. One panel of board members will decide whether or not the project you've worked on is worth it. You've invented a great product that you're sure will sell huge on the market. After slaving many nights for this invention you've finally come up with a working prototype and today is the day you get to show these guys what you've got. The time is now, here's how it goes:
You show the designs and explain the product so well. There are many different looks on these guys faces, but you feel confident that you're going to be accepted. After you're done with your presentation and have answered all of the questions about the project the board members take a few seconds to discuss. It don't take long for them to reach a decision on your project. That seems to be a good thing based on the looks you've recieved. You are feeling very confident in your project and that it will be taken really fast. The head director stands to address you, he turns his attention towards you and says:
"Well the board loves the project you've brought to us. It is very well thought out and it seems like it would be very popular in the market. There's only one problem... it already exists!"
