No downtime?

I was looking through my list of ad offers and low and behold I found this interesting site called Hosting Zoom. This site offers a failover hosting program that is kind of a way to eliminate downtime all together. You see when a server goes down, the site goes with it. However with this system the site is hosted by another available server until the original one has been fixed again.
