This sounds like a decent chance to get some exposure, the ad will stay on the site for as long as 5 years. They offer a 64X64 sized image that you can use to promote anything. The site contains 8 slots in a big column that you can pay to advertise on.

Getting back 150% is possible, but Cash Columns does not guarentee this. To be honest with you, this sounds like a pretty decent idea. I wouldn't mind advertising using this site. I could sell some space on here for that.
