*Need a raise*

We'll I'm working for a very young company, but it's never to early to think about a raise. Afterall, with all of the junk I deal with I deserve a raise. That's why I'm going to get my boss some Performance Review Software so he can manage his review of me easier and I can get my raise on time. I'll also be getting him a box of chocolates, but that's besides the point.
