Zune Only Finds 600 Music Files in Library of 3,000 Mp3s

After installing the Zune software, Microsoft's attempt at competing with iTunes, only 600 of the user's 3000 mp3 files were imported. In one case noted, Zune imported 1 song but ignored 14 other songs in the exact same folder. These were all songs ripped from one CD the user had purchased and owns. Figures the Zune wouldn't be able to compete.
